is the lead time to arrange a vehicle?
We require a minimum of 7 days.
Can I choose a car?
Vehicles are by booked group type. Please ask us for details of our current fleet.
Who insures the vehicle?
Insurance is your responsibility. We require sight of your insurance cover note/
certificate prior to delivery (all insurances must be fully comprehensive.)
Is servicing covered?
Yes, all servicing is carried out in house. In the event that a vehicle requires
servicing we will replace your vehicle with a similar group type vehicle.
How old are the vehicles?
All vehicles are under three months old, some may be brand new.
What happens if I break down?
All vehicles are provided with full national breakdown cover including a replacement
vehicle.
What is the minimum term of hire?
Three calendar months.
How long can I keep a vehicle?
The contract term is open ended subject to our terms and conditions (see
Hire Agreement)
Is the vehicle automatically collected at the end of the original hire?
No, it is your responsibility to inform us that you wish the vehicle to be collected.
We require a minimum of three working days.
How do I make payments?
By Credit Card or Standing Order.
What is the payment frequency?
Monthly in Advance.
Is there a deposit payable?
Yes, £200.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, we will refund your deposit within 14 days of the end of hire, subject to
any refurbishment and excess mileage charges.(See
Hire Agreement)
Is delivery and collection chargeable?
Yes, there is a standard charge of £40.00. each way.
What happens if I exceed my mileage allowance?
Charges are per the attached tariff.
Can I extend the hire period?
Yes the hire period is open ended until such time you off- hire the vehicle (subject
to terms and conditions - see
Hire Agreement)
Can I return my car early?
Yes, but you will still be liable for the balance of the hire costs.
