Step 1

Print Quote/Order Form & Credit Application Form. Complete fully, sign and return to 3 month car hire either by post or by Fax to 01285 658610

Step 2

3 Month will confirm acceptance (subject to credit) by email or fax.

Step 3

Upon receipt of notification from 3 Month, you will be requested to print the Hire Agreement, complete it, sign it and return it to 3 Month either by post or fax on 01285 658610.

Step 4

3 Month will then email a schedule giving vehicle and payment details plus a standing order mandate. These will need to be signed and returned by post along with the advance rental and damage waiver deposit as stated in the schedule.

Step 5

Send 3 Month a copy of your insurance cover note.

Step 6

3 Month will arrange delivery of the vehicle.

Step 7

At the end of the three months you will have to notify 3 Month that you wish to return the vehicle. Should collection not be possible on the anniversary of the delivery, daily rentals will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Step 8

On collection of the vehicle we will supply you with a collection delivery receipt which will note the mileage and condition. Any excess mileage or refurbishment will be deducted from your refundable deposit. If the deposit is insufficient to cover these costs, you will be charged the balance.

To enable us to provide you with a vehicle we will require a signed Quote/Purchase Order form and a completed Credit Application form.
