How To Book 3 Month Car Hire

To book your long term car hire we just need your account number.

If you do not have an account, please click here for more information on applying for credit

We will also require the following:

1. Driver’s name
2. Delivery address (business or home)
3. Driver’s mobile
4. Driver’s email
5. Date required (and time, AM or PM)
6. An order number if applicable, to be quoted on your invoices
7. Confirmation of vehicle group required (View our example vehicles and pricing)

To confirm the contract details:

There are no delivery or collection charges, the mileage allowance is 9,000 miles per 3 month hire any excess mileage is charged at at 30p per mile.

We will provide all servicing, breakdown assistance, tyres, road fund licence, in fact everything necessary to keep your driver mobile.

Your only responsibility is arranging fully comprehensive insurance.

In the event that you are not happy with the vehicle or it suffers a mechanical breakdown and we unable to get you mobile again, we will supply another vehicle of the same quality or better.
